“Floravip” is a panel for creating modular vertical green areas which offers quick results and low maintenance. The product was created in 2011 with the idea of turning our synthetic felt mulch sheets into pockets to hold small plants. The current version of Floravip is the result of various modifications and improvements since then.
The raw materials used to manufacture the panels are the same for all versions and are stable over time, UV resistant, and suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
The felt is made of dark brown polyester, stitched on to a black alveolar polypropylene backing. The tough frame is made of steel, with a special anti-corrosion treatment. The water collection tray is made of UV-stable plastic. The sheet steel supports of the SPX version are made of stainless steel.
Current versions are the following:
- FLORAVIP SB (without irrigation). Features two panels of the same size (77 x 100h cm), one with 6 and the other with 15 pockets.
- FLORAVIP SB + CV (without irrigation, includes frame and tray). These panels are generally small in size, with between three and fifteen pockets, suitable for use indoors or on a balcony to create wall compositions similar to green or flower walls.
- FLORAVIP “S” (with drip irrigation in each pocket).
